The author, Professor Chang Meijun, taught British traditional relief embroidery for 15 years at the university. The embroidery with God was exhibited outside the corridor and patio of the ministry's office. At that time, Deputy Minister Fan of the Ministry of Education (currently a member of the Supervisory Yuan) admired it very much and bought it.
There are about 51 techniques of three-dimensional relief embroidery. The Tainan City Government published the reference book "Fucheng Relief Embroidery Textbook" in 2003 (now out of print).
