“Let all the water gather together so that there is dry land,” God said. And it was done. Then, God said, “Let the earth produce every kind of grass, fruit and vegetables.” And again, it was done.
God created oceans and dry lands, and they appeared at the command. God created every kind of grass, trees, and vegetables, and they came into being. Like an awesome magician, God only needed to say “Done!” and everything would appear. God did not need to pull any stunts.
Besides impressing a crowd, a successful magician must also savor every moment of his or her performance. The Creator of the universe is infinitely creative and powerful. There is no doubt that God enjoyed every moment of creation and declared all things created as good.
