Domestic goods

  • We only accept returns from the person who purchased the item, and do not accept returns from anyone other than the buyer.
  • To apply for a return during the 7-day appreciation period, please follow the steps below to apply:

  • No refunds for the following reasons:
    1. Downloadable software products.
    2. There are obvious signs of use or damage.
    3. Any item in a non-original condition is damaged or missing parts due to reasons other than our fault.

    5. Items damaged as a result of trying to repair or asking others to repair it.
  • Note for returned goods:
    1. Please be sure to maintain the integrity of the product. When returning the goods, they must be in the original state and the original packaging must be restored. Please use the original logistics packaging materials (cartons or bags) when the goods arrive, and hand them to the logistics staff after packaging.
    2. If the original logistics packaging materials have been discarded or damaged, please add appropriate packaging materials to protect the products outside the product packaging.
    3. The appreciation period is not a trial period. The returned goods must be in a complete original packaging (such as an outer box) and in a brand new condition.
    4. At the time of product acceptance, if the product itself or its packaging has missing parts, stains, etc. that are difficult to restore, it may affect your return rights, so please be aware.
    5. Please note that the integrity of the product body, accessories, original packaging (such as the outer box) and all accompanying documents or information must be maintained. Do not miss any accessories or damage the original outer box. The necessary fees for restoration may be paid according to the degree of damage.
    6. It is recommended that you check the product as soon as possible after receiving the product in accordance with the normal procedures. If the product is defective, you can apply for a return. Please keep the product in its original condition, take pictures and keep it, and immediately contact the company's customer service team.
  • Refund:
    1. After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund.
    2. The refund issued will only be the cost of the product, excluding packaging/delivery costs for sending the product to you.

  • Delayed or lost refund:

  • Return shipping fee:
